Shipping:
Shipping will not be calculated at checkout.
We will get in contact with you to quote the shipping cost after your purchase.

Dean Norton's items are custom made with a 6-8 week production time.
Please review your item on delivery and notify us with imagery within 24hrs if there are any problems. 

You'll need to sign for delivery, so we recommend providing a daytime address and phone number when placing your order.

If this is a gift, please use the name of the lucky person in the shipping address form at checkout.
If they are unavailable, it's up to you to organise re-delivery with the courier. We are not responsible for any undeliverable orders.

Returns:
Any custom orders cannot be returned.
